Be careful! While the sales and installation team were friendly and helpful, if you have a problem, you’re on your own. Our shutters were installed and the color is several shades off from our trim work. It’s incredibly noticeable and several people have commented. Working with a “designer” I was confident that her recommendation on color was correct. It wasn’t. When she returned to look at our concern, she thought the shutters were a perfect match. Apparently a dozen other people are crazy, or color blind. Terribly disappointed. Now we have to reorder, or have custom shutters painted.

I love the burgundy blind Budget Blinds installed for me. It fits perfectly with my decor in the great room. The agent was very professional and super in helping me choose the color and type of blind to replace the broken white blind that was there. The installer was very careful and did a wonderful job. It could not look better! Budget Blinds is the place I will go to get future Blinds.

The persons who I have worked with Sally and Ben are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in their profession. They truly went above and beyond to make my blinds the way I wanted them. I would highly recommend them. Their product is of high quality and has enhanced my home beautifully. I am very happy with my blinds and the kindness, professionalism of Sally and Ben and appreciate their wisdom and knowledge in their profession. I would certainly highly recommend them and would also call upon them again. Very outstanding company.

We got the honey comb cordless window blinds and after 2 years, they are still like new! We love the ease of putting them up and down and not having any cords to deal with! The service guy was great, efficient and knew his products.

Commented: Yucky sliding glass door in bedroom ......Shutters look amazing but take up space and are quite expensive. Have you considered sliding panels? Much more affordable and easy to add a coordinating window treatment on the window.
