Peter was super professional, prompt, and fair with pricing. We had Peter come in to fix some squeaking roller shades. He ended up fixing two roller shades that were about to fall off the hinges (installed by a different company) and he was very fair about the price. Going forward, I will stay far away from City Window Fashions/Shades by Matiss (the other company) and contact Peter for all my window treatment needs. I would highly recommend Budget Blinds!

Peter was great to work with. We wanted to replace an existing set of ill-fitting blinds with ones that were motorized and matched the rest of the apartment. He make sure we were aware of cheaper alternatives and the cost it would take to achieve exactly what we were looking for. He measured everything right away and made the installation a breeze. Even after the blinds were installed, he noticed an odd sound from the motor and took the time to order a replacement and came to switch it out for us.

I am very pleased with the service. Peter helped me to make the right choice with the design of my blinds. He is very efficient and proactive. The installation was very fast, and he took care of disposal if my old blinds. I would definately come back for another service and recommend him to my friends.

Peter Choi is the reason to buy everything you can from Budget Blinds of Edgewater. We bought all of our window treatments from Peter 2 years ago. He assisted in the selection, colors and installed them with excellence. Now, 2 years later, I replaced the batteries in one room, along with the remote and they didn't work. I called Peter and was surprised he immediately picked up the phone. We troubleshot and determined that the blinds were operating fine, it was just the remote. He said he had to come to my home to determine the issue. I was thinking sometime the following week, it was Friday. No, Peter arrived in a few hours, was also unable to pair the remote, so he called customer service. Turns out the remote was bad. AND, he had an extra in the car to give me. Unbelievable experience that Peter delivered. With a smile, concern and solved the problem!!! Peter is amazing. If you don't do business with him, you are spending your hard earned money in the wrong place.

NEVER have I had such a great experience with a company like Budget Blinds. I emailed for a quote, got an immediate call back from Peter Choi, and he was at our business measuring in a couple of days. His suggestions were excellent! I couldn't recommend a company and rep MORE!!! Use Budget Blinds and ask for Peter (in the NJ area). You'll get GREAT service and a fantastic product. I just love how our blinds came out!

We have a couple of Horizons matchstick blinds (roman shades) in our kitchen, The strings broke on one of them, and Horizons put me in contact with Peter at Budget Blinds of Edgewater to get it sorted. Peter ordered parts for me and arranged to have them shipped, all at no cost. Absolutely awesome service, could not be happier.

Amazing Customer service! wonderful products, incredible quality and very pleasant and easy to work with people! Very happy I went with this company. And the consultants there are even trained in Color Palette Coordination , so when it comes to picking the color of your blinds that will look great and correspond to your surroundings these guys make it soooo much easier for you! ( and this comes from a person who did interior design and is quite color savvy!) Team works fast , very efficient and like I mentioned before quality and durability of the product is superb ! Thank you Peter for framing my windows so beautifully and for being of such help with choosing the right product and color that work wonderfully. Truly love and enjoy my blinds!!!

Peter at BudgetBlinds installed a custom-made $1,300 shade for us in June. It failed less than three months later - it no longer retracts. When asked to fix it, Peter's answer was: "Did you realize it was a long holiday weekend, that I could've taken (extra) time off, and that I am entitled to time off? It would be quite disappointing if you didn't. From what you are telling me, something broke internally. I can order you a replacement shade and have it shipped to you directly. You will be responsible for installing it." So, if you're looking for shades that fail after 3 months, by all means call BudgetBlinds.
