What a wonderful experience. Chawanne was so helpful and really went over and above to help me figure out what colors and types of shades and blinds to select. They turned out wonderful. Her customer service was exceptional. She confirmed appointments, showed up on time and was very pleasant to work with. I will not go anywhere else for my next window treatment need.

Chawanne was a pleasant and professional person to deal with. She arrived with books filled with samples based on the criteria we had discussed previously on the phone and was helpful in selecting the final product. She is a very positive person and her goal is to bring you the design and quality you desire, not just push a product on you.
