Frank and his crew were wonderful! They installed our new roller shades quickly and efficiently, and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed. Weeks prior to installation, Frank had made a separate house call to guide us through the many fabric and color choices available, and take precise measurements for our custom manufactured shades. They look terrific and operate easily. We couldn’t be happier, and heartily recommend Budget Blinds of Manhattan!

Frank was a pleasure to deal with. He is professional, knowledgeable and great at his job. We had blinds installed in our apartment and he made the process very easy while also offering us a great price. Would absolutely use him/his company again and recommend him to friends.
