I put shutters on the first floor of my house using a very large shutter and drape company.For the second floor I decided to try Budget Blinds because the other company quality and price was not to my liking.The shutters that Budget Blinds put on my second floor were done perfectly and at a much lower price.I would give them a 5/5 rating .
