Ken was fast and efficient with both the consultation and installation. Suzanne was a great contact. Scheduling was a little bit of a challenge, and it felt like a burden on us to get the blinds installed, but we found a time and everything worked out!

Ken Howard knew his products and was experienced with difficult window solutions. I liked his working price putting in 6 windows of shutters so much, I hired him two years later to put in new Arcadia vertical blind. I have recommended this company to my neighbors and friends so they can get a great product in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

Ken Howard was a delight to work with. He was fair, honest & kept to his word. I had a "slight" problem. One blind came in , was installed & it was not a "Cordless Blind", as "ordered". Ken "CORRECTED" this problem right away. He reordered the "original correct blind" I wanted, it came in later & he came back & switched the correct blind w/ the blind that was "not ordered". He also did this w/ a smile !!! His wife was also very "Professional" in all the "communications " I had w/ their "Business Office". I would definitely recommend using their Company !!!
