The West Seattle Budget Blinds is extremely poorly run. Communication is nonexistent and we have reached the end of our patience after many months of mishaps. Most recently, an installer let us know that the office “was having trouble locating” a large number of the blinds that were to be installed that day and that we have paid for. We only found out there was an issue when the employee was preparing to leave and my husband asked if he was going to finish the job. I have yet to hear back from a manager, despite having requested this three times over the span of many months. Do yourself a favor and choose another blind company.

Great people great products you couldn't ask for better service from when you schedule an appointment, talk to the sales representative to having your products installed. I tried to imagine what my new window coverings would look like, well I didn't even come close my Faux wood blinds look absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend Budget Blinds of West Seattle.

I have purchased window coverings through this company many times. A designer comes to your home, helps with design advice and product choice (several times have helped me change my perspective on what I needed for a much better result), and installation is included. I have had 3 different installers work on my windows, all 3 worked quickly and left the space clean. They were polite, professional, and could answer all my questions about the products I'd purchased. Twice the installers noticed a small scratch or problem with the product and informed me they were ordering a replacement immediately. Great service and nice, knowledgeable team.
