Budget Blinds - Wheaton & Lombard recently replaced my family room and kitchen window treatments. There were professional from start to finish, starting with Matt's estimate to the installation and follow up itself. They were on time for all appointments and promptly responded to emails and telephone calls. Matt offered a good suggestion for the kitchen window and explained that the treatment I had originally considered might not work since it was over the kitchen sink and might get water stains. Overall, I am very pleased with Budget Blinds - Wheaton & Lombard and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Great Job! Price was right. Product was right. Mike the installer was prompt, professional and a perfectionist. He cleaned up his mess and was a pleasure to work with. Matt was very nice and informative. Our shutters have transformed our house. We did get prices from other vendors but they could not beat Budget Blinds. Will call them again when we do another room. They have completed 2 rooms thus far. Very happy client.

Very friendly service and they responded to our calls/questions right away. The product was the best quality product we could find for the cost. Our blinds were installed about a year ago and we have not had any issues with them.

The owners were great. They helped me with the selection of the blinds. The installer was on time, friendly and helpful also. They are good quality shades. I got top-down bottom-up shades on three large windows. I am very happy with them.
