Calico

Have bought all my fabric here for many years, but probably never will again. Misleading 2-day shipping upcharges for items that are in stock shipping from a location that is a standard one-day UPS turnaround to my location? Cherry on top is the obnoxious customer service reps. Life is too short, and there are too many other options online.

Where do I begin!!! My experience with Calico Corner in South Tampa was horrible...I placed my order in April 2016 with an est install date of June-July. They didn't start installing the drapes and shades until late Sep !!!! Then they had to remake a valance and two shades because they didn't measure the window correctly. They finally installed the last drapery Oct 2016. My order was not complex, 14 panel, 3 valances and 4 shades. This store constantly dropped the ball and my order sat unattended for 2 months until I called asking about the status of my order. Thank goodness I wasn't planning a house warming party or get together. I had this same store make drapes for me in 2009 and the designer (Tony) was outstanding which was why I decided to use them again. Boy did I make a huge mistake!! I don't know what has happened to this store but, i will never do business with them again nor recommend them. Sad and disappointed!!!

I purchase fabric 4/24/15 with a promise it would be delivered to my home ( for a charge of $10.00) in 7 - 10 working days. When it had not been delivered by 5/18/15 & I had not heard anything from the store, I called our salesperson. She was shocked it had not arrived & started checking. She discovered a notice had been sent out alerting them the fabric was discontinued. She offered to help my find another fabric but I requested a refund. When the refund was issued it did not include the $10.00 for shipping. I notified her again on 5/25/15 the refund was not correct but , as of this date 6/i6/15, I have still not received the full refund. Their professionalism appears to stop at the cash register with no follow up for customer satisfaction. Since shopping around more, I have also discovered there are many more fabric choices than Calico offered.

Fabulous fabrics and staff. Hidden unreasonable costs. For a major project to charge to install by linear foot, not project was extremely costly. Cost was never explained and buried in contract. Choose another professional much cheaper.

Great selection of fabrics. Professional and courteous staff. Excellent workmanship on the bedding that I purchased. Will definitely use them for my next project.

You want to find a fun place where there are nice big pieces of fabric you can drape and see how it will look, then this is your place.I had so much fun working with them I decided to work for them!!! I love it! And my customers do too! All the gals are so informed and helpful, sure sometimes we get swamped because we are the best and people want us, so it takes time to get your product and get it done right, but it's worth the wait!!! Calico has 60 plus years behind them and still going strong!

How did I not know about Calico sooner? GORGEOUS fabrics and a great staff. Our designer introduced us to this store and I am so grateful! We purchased all of the fabrics for our recent renovation with them. Additionally, we worked with Patty to design two chairs and two stools, all of which turned out beautifully. We worked with Sandy on roman shades for two bedrooms and a laundry room. She is truly a joy to work with and has impeccable taste. Tina, the manager was so helpful and accommodating. I always look forward to spending time at this store and love everything we got with them! PS Here's a tip-they have GREAT sales every few months so be sure to call and find out when they are. You can save a ton!

They were very helpful in finding the right material for dining room chairs re upholstery that would blend with new oriental design rug. They were out of the fabric. No problem: ordered it and it arrived at my home exactly when promised.

Calico Enterprises replaced damaged siding on our home and repaired our leaning 2-story deck. The deck in particular was not an easy job and required a lot of know-how and planning. We were extremely impressed by the workmanship, reliability, and reasonable pricing of Rob Eanes and his crew. The work was top-notch and completed on time. I've put Calico Enterprises on speed dial for any future issues and cannot recommend them enough.

We've had chairs recovered and custom drapes made. They have the latest in textiles and are always having promotions which make it easier to have a beautiful custom decorated home.

Calico Corners designed matching bed covering and pillows in several styles along with matching window treatments which were exquisite in design, color and impeccable quality of material. The staff were great to work with in choosing fabrics that complimented each other.
