Cathy Shevlin, of Carte Blanche Designs, is the consummate professional! I have had her make curtain, pillows, and bed coverings -- all of which were beautifully done. I also ordered Hunter Douglas blinds which were just perfect, thanks to her recommendations of style and color. All installations were completed in an excellent and timely manner. Cathy really knows her business and it show in every detail. She is also very intelligent, thoughtful, and a joy to work with. I could not recommend her more highly.

I've worked with Cathy on a number of projects at my apartment. She is great for helping to come up with unique and custom solutions. The work quality is high and the prices are fair -- very good value proposition. She's also responsible and organized. The prices quoted did not change at all - she always stays right in budget. Did a very nice job with the drapes. They look wonderful and we have had complements from our visitors. Very high quality fabrics. Had some mfg issues with the blinds and she was persistent in getting them exactly right, despite a few trips between the mfg'er and our apt. Easy to work with and very dependable.

My living room window treatments are beautiful!! Cathy fabricated gorgeous silk shades and ceiling to floor drapery. The ornate rods were hung with precision and the workmanship on the Roman shades is impeccable. The pinch pleat drapes were lined and interlined and finished perfectly. They now hang elegantly in my livingroom. I would recommend Carte Blanche Desingns to anyone and look forward to working on another room in my home together.

Cathy is very professional with years of experience. Her work is beautiful and she does very high end work for my clients. I am an Interior designer with over 25 years experience and she is by far one of the best workrooms that I have used.
