My Husband and I have large windows in our house and wanted to put plantation shutters in them. We were very, very pleased with Blinds and Shutters Direct. Michael came to our house, took measurements and had a wide variety of samples and options. He was very, very helpful and knowledgable about the shutters. One of the problems with our front windows is the amount of morning sun they take on everyday. Michael took this into consideration and helped us find the best product for the windows. He was not pushy at all and the prices are very good. Will consider using this company again for other window dressings.

These guys were recommended to me as I wanted plantation shutters installed at my house. I stopped by their store one Saturday and received quite a bit of information which was so helpful in helping me understand as there are a lot of products out there. I scheduled an appoint for Michael to come out and measure. He was so professional and took the time to explain to me exactly how they would be installed and how they would function. He brought samples so that I could match the colors to my paint/trim. Once I ordered the shutters I was told how long they would take and they came in right on time. The installation was quick and once they left you would have never known they had been in my house. Michael took the time to show me the features on the shutters and answered all of my "crazy" questions! My shutters look fantastic! I could not be happier with the product and the service provided by Shutters and Blinds Direct. I have never received this level of service at the big box stores! Thanks guys!
