We were thrilled with our experience with Yumi and Curtain Call. We used the Shade Store for our roller shades and after those were ordered - we asked them for a quote for curtains. The quote was insane - and our experience working with them on roller shades was a mess - so I went looking for other options and came across Yumi. I had a very specific vision for what kind of curtains I wanted - and how I wanted them mounted. Yumi provided really helpful advice and suggestions - and delivered exactly what I envisioned. Her quote was also FAR better than the Shade Store and the experience was so seamless and so fast. She literally is the fastest person I've encountered to respond on email or WhatsApp (and I say this having worked with SO many people during our gut renovation).

With Yumi, you will get a collaborative design process where she will work with you to understand what you want while also providing her professional opinion. She will also send over detailed mockups throughout the design process so you will have a great understanding of what your window treatment will end up looking like. Finally, I really appreciate that Yumi gave me various price points right before the install without feeling any sort of upsell pressure. With Yumi, you are getting a professional that I conscious of your needs and will do whatever she can to ensure that you are happy with your window treatments! Yumi Kim was absolutely remarkable. I am a very detail oriented individual and got in touch with more than 20 different vendors. Yumi responded quickly and was the only ones who was actually able to help, and get things done 2 weeks ahead of the deadline. Cost was also reasonable, $450 instead of over $2,000 which was what one of the other vendors quoted. So thankful I've found them and so thankful I got in touch. I needed curtains to block out the bright morning light coming in from large windows in the bedroom. I did a google search of curtain companies, and Curtain Call was one of the names that came up. After looking at the website and talking to the owner, Yumi, I decided to go with her company. Yumi was a pleasure to work with. She came over to measure the windows and talk about colors and fabrics. She was professional to deal with and had a great suggestion for a color that works well with the room. Her team did a great job installing the new curtains, and they look beautiful and work to keep the room darker in the morning. I recommend this company 100%.

However, you found me online and you decided to work with me without checking my previous work done. I really appreciate your belief in my professionalism. I have unique blackout drapery fabrics which have 100% blackout coated, which we do not need to put any extra blackout lining additionally but use one layered blackout fabric. What you have is unique and Premium quality fabric which you can not find in the U.S. I bet you will enjoy the unique premium blackout draperies for a long time, cleaning them.

My first order with Curtain Call was placed 16 years ago. I still love my Roman Shades they installed. I wash it from time to time and enjoy placing it back washed and fresh, like if I getting the new curtains every time. 16 years and more to go! And Yumi - she is so fast: responds immediately, she comes to your house to mesure and in no time - it's ready to install! She is professional and nice at the same time. Yesterday I called Yumi after 16 years to replace Hunter Douglas shades in my bedroom with new blackout roller shades from Curtain Call. Yumi is working on my order already! I'll be happy to report on my order with the pictures in 2-3 weeks.

No need to look any further! Yumi, with Curtain Call Inc. is exceptional in offering quality, guidance for selecting the best solution for your needs, impeccable installation. Yumi stands behind her product even after installation. I had my shades installed in 2015. Just the other day a small plastic connector on one of the drawstrings broke off & I contacted Yumi. Within the hour Yumi dropped off a new connector and the drawstring was repaired. That's what I call service.

And your daughter said “Wow, yes, it is a perfect match” when I show what I recommended. We could finalize everything within 10 mins. I confidently say that my products are really durable since I use all the best parts and HW systems.
I am happy to help you, providing the part right away within one hour since you are my neighbor as well as, who resides in the same condo building where I live.

You have roller shades so those are not machine washable while Curtain Call Roman shades and draperies are. When your shade cloth gets dirty, please let me know. I can find the cost-efficient way only to replace the shade cloth as long as the hardware system works fine.

I love the prompt response of Curtain Call. The owner, Yumi, is very nice and schedule the repair for our curtain right away. We have Yumi made and installed our curtain back in 2011, and her curtain is very high quality. We never had issue with it. We needed the repair because the tenants weren't taking care of it, but Yumi schedule the repair right away. Great service, and great quality!
