She spent the necessary time with us and used her experience and judgement to guide is in fabric and style choices that would match our home and tastes. Her work was beautiful and was exactly what we anticipated. She was honest (even pointing out and repairing a minor flaw we may never have noticed, as well as refunding an overpaid sum after actual costs were less than estimated), prompt, pleasant, and responsive. We would happily work with her in the future.

She was able to provide the cost, schedule, and scope of work very succinctly and oversaw the installation of the shades, which look great. Jo-Anne was absolutely terrific! She was able to complete two custom valences within a very short time frame for an event I was having at my house.
