Susan at Custom Drapery Designs is excellent and at the top of her game. She was intuitive, conscientious, anticipated my needs, guided me through choices and the quality of the work is second to none. They did my bedroom, family and dining rooms which have very long windows, and my office. This group is phenomenal and the quality of their products are superb! The lucite rods are to die for!!!!!! Prior to moving into our new home, I reached out to a few window treatment / shutter companies to inquire about shutters. Legacy Blinds...Nebraska Furniture Mart...and then I stumbled upon Custom Drapery Designs advertisement in the Plano Profile magazine. I reached out, and Stephanie spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me to understand my needs. From that point forward, I was sold - the customer service is unmatched. We ran into more than one hiccup on the 4 projects we worked on (Plantation shutters, Hunter Douglas Silhouettes, automated Hunter Douglas designer roller shades, and stationary custom drapes); Stephanie was friendly, respectful, and responsive. She did not overwhelm us with choices - she used her design expertise to present a few options that she knew we would like based on our taste. She accommodated our schedules, she thoroughly answered our questions, and she was efficient with our time. She has been a joy to work with, and we highly recommend CCD.

I worked with Stephanie on a redo of my bedding. The great part of working with her is she listened to my taste and did not impose her own like other designers I have worked with in the past. She offered suggestions but kept true to my design aesthetic. The bedding came out so good that I decided to have them reupholster a lounge chair in the room so the bedding took center stage. The workmanship on all projects was top quality. If you want the best I would highly recommend this company.

Custom drapery design LLC , is absolutely the best choice for custom drapery & bedding . Their ability to choose fabrics , current styles & design choices for each room of my home was incredible . Every step of the way, from early concept through detailed design and material selection and finally installation everything was done in a highly professional manner. Add to that the artistic input that went into the design it turned into the perfect transformation of our family room..

We completed our new home in May, 2016 and over the months since we added custom shutters or programmable shades, and drapes to all windows. Brenda Baxter was magical. Her design style combined with her attention to detail created beautiful accents in our rooms. While we did not have a specific budget, she gave me options and was conscious of value. She was reliable, timely, and communicative on the status of each piece. I am so pleased with the results and happy this portion of our interior is complete but I am also sorry Brenda will no longer be a frequent visitor.

Stephanie Freeman advised me on the selection of 18 new roller shades. She was able to work with my budget and provide options that a nationally known competitor couldn't. She was a breeze to work with and even stayed on-site during the installation. I'm recommending her to all my friends!

Stephanie really listened to our desires and came back with a beautiful design for our master bedroom draperies and custom blinds.
