We had an amazing experience with East End Blinds from start to finish! Tom, the owner, came to our home and was incredibly knowledgeable. He really took the time to understand what we wanted — total blackout in our bedroom and wood shutters in other areas — and came up with a plan that not only met our needs but fit beautifully with the style of our home. This was a large project, and Julie in the office was so accommodating when it came to scheduling our installation around our busy workdays. Everything was handled with professionalism and care. Our installer, Danny, was fantastic — neat, respectful, and thorough. He made sure everything was perfect and took the time to walk us through how each window treatment worked. We are beyond happy with the high-quality Hunter Douglas products provided by East End Blinds, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home with beautiful, functional window treatments!

Tom was very honest and true to his word.He came to our home and helped us pick out the perfect blinds for our entire first floor.Tom spent the better part of a day showing us a myriad of samples that we could see and touch.He is a pleasure to work with.Our blinds are all electric and work impeccably.The colors and material look beautiful.Mark Sanchez Toms service technician has come and made some adjustments and is equally reliable,courteous and very neat.He had to move furniture and he makes sure the room looks clean and neat before he leaves.I would highly recommend Tom of East End Blinds. Tom worked with us all the way. He is very courteous and personable. He listened to what I wanted and showed me the colors that matched best with my drapes. His installation was spot on and professional. A Hunter Douglas representative (Dolores) came with him during the installation to show us how to work the automatic blind system and connect the smart hub. Everything was just spot on and worked out great. And best of all my Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds are AWESOME! They were the missing piece to my dining room windows. I will definitely contact Tom again for any future blinds.

The Lewis Design Group LLC East End Blinds ( Tom ) has been a very valuable resource to our firm. We all know that the product speaks for itself. However, Tom's personal service and reliability is second to none. He has through knwledge of the product which can be most helpful at times. The product is always delivered in a timely fashion, and the quality control is excellent.
