Very happy with the work Diana did! Nice team with her installer, Sergei. Diana offered to come in person for the consultation. She spent the time not only showing the samples and measuring, but also considering the natural light, the existing furniture and style, use of the rooms formal or not, preferences, future changes, trends and more. Very thorough! She is cost-conscious which helps a lot as custom-made draperies don’t come cheap. She was always on time and her follow ups were great. Don’t hesitate to ask her fix something you may notice after the installation. She is happy only when the customer is happy! Definitely a lovely person to welcome to your home and allow to make your windows look amazing! I would go back to her again if needed and definitely will recommend.

Best of the best! My Third project with Elegant Drapery . House was listed for 3 months on the market; with no luck for big interest; nevertheless, it is custom build with Love and Quality. However, property has no furniture neither Windows Coverings. So, I was debating between Staging or Blinds/ Drapers? Blinds Won! Booked Diana for estimation, in 2 weeks Blinds Installed! House on the market and sold in 3 weeks! Guys it Works! If you debating between staging or Windows treatments go for Blinds (at least) :))). Blinds - definitely will be valued much more; it's something that won't be taken out from them and serve much better then staged pieces...

I used elegant drapery for Roman shades, motorized shades and maxmar blinds. I had some tough window areas. Diana was patient with me, always available and delivered a quality product.
