The team at Galaxy is awesome to work with. Any time we have need help or advice, they came through. Cant recommend enough!

I ordered two small kitchen draperies from Galaxy in October and paid them 3/4 of the total amount up front. There were service problems from the start. Nobody contacted me for over 2 weeks to perform the final measurements. I had to call the office myself and they had no idea who I was. Obviously they lost track of my order. They finally sent someone out to perform the measurements. Another several weeks went by and I called again because I had received no updates on the project. They contacted me several days later that my fabric was delivered with holes in it. I chose another fabric and I did not hear back for another week and when I did they said that the fabric was no longer availible. Interesting that it took an entire week to learn that. I ordered yet another fabric but an installer did not call me to schedule in November or December. Someone finally called me the second week of January but, she only gave me a one-day window. When I couldn't do that she said that I would have to wait another full week. The job was finally finished the third week of January! Over three months to purchase, sew and install four small pieces of fabric! I spoke with a Galaxy representative who let slip that the project manager in charge of my job left the company and nobody picked up on it! They never spoke honestly about the situation but made excuse after excuse! They did nothing but obfuscate and make me wait and proved themselves to be incompetent and disrespectful to the customer throughout the entire process. Galaxy did not perform this job in good faith and they certainly do not feel the need to be accountable. I wouldn't have them hang my shower curtain! Stay away...far, far, away!

Galaxy Draperies went above and beyond to install my shutters! From the design stage to installation to even the warranty period, they have been extremely responsive and helpful. Expectations exceeded!

While we did't order our custom window/patio door coverings from Galaxy, our Interior Designer was excellent! We have a custom home with custom size windows. By listening to us, Erika Bratschie did a wonderful job of describing and explaining the coverings that would best suit our needs as well as our wants. We have a custom home with custom size windows and it's very hot here. She designed our family room in a way that it is no longer is a cool, dark cave but a cool, pleasant, softly lit room we enjoy. Erika possesses great design ability and taste. I was looking for plantation shutters for several windows in my house and did not want a cookie cutter design and installation. Erika spent the necessary time measuring and identifying any special circumstances which needed to be considered so that the eventual installation would go smoothly - and it did indeed. I found Erika and Galaxy Draperies through Costco and also received a nice discount in the form of a cash card. Overall, I was very satisfied with the level of expertise and service, from design consultation to installation (which was another company contracted by Galaxy).

Matt, Galaxy Draperies and their installation team are tops. I waited a very long time to be able to have plantation shutters installed and the job was done to "perfection" ! If they only had time to give classes on marketing skills and working with homeowners if would be a perfect world. These top-quality shutters add so much warmth and charm to a room. Matt is back do a bedroom and bath. The original installation was completed in April 2016. . . I haven't waited to long for a return visit.

They were precise and prompt in every step of the process. I love the shades and they kept the house cooler in summer. I highly recommend the shades and the company.

I did not end up getting my window coverings from Galaxy, but had a good experience dealing with them. I needed truly custom window coverings, meaning a company that could fabricate. Most of the places that say they are custom are in fact not, representing places like Smith & Noble, that manufacturer to set specifications. Galaxy manufactures their own coverings and could provide what I needed. In the end, I went with another custom window manufacturer because they had done what I wanted, but Galaxy was definitely willing to make what I wanted. They were friendly and prompt. I dealt with Cynthia Dunbar.

Rick and his team are real pro's. They are incredibly service orientated, helpful in explaining and showing you all options, and do an fantastic job. Highly recommend.
