Ron Erickson is a wonderful professional with Galaxy. He listens carefully to client's needs and works diligently with each client from initial design and order to final installation. We worked with Ron on several major projects in 2019 for a new home buy, then again in 2020 for additional installation on an enclosed patio. We used both Plantation Shutters and Cellular Shades in the projects. We highly recommend Ron for all window covering needs.

We recently built a custom home and required several different types of window coverings. Galaxy Window Coverings provided blinds that included everything from faux wood blinds to remote controlled bottom up top down blinds to both indoor and outdoor remote controlled solar blinds.Their customer service was superb and they were always available if I had any questions and they happily put in all the time necessary to make everything work perfectly.In building this complicated custom home I would say they were the easiest,most pleasant and most professional company we worked with.They are the best!

I starting doing business with Galaxy Window Coverings 25 years ago when we built our house with over 20 windows. Galaxy does a great job all around - measuring - ordering - installation and especially customer care after installation. I've had to replace a few blinds since then and get the same customer service all these years later. I have recommend Galaxy Window coverings to family and neighbors and they've been just as pleased.

Ron was vey knowledgeable of his products and made great recommendations. He listens to you and will give you guidance if you ask for it. He took all the measurements and supplied a written quote the same day of the initial visit. Once the blinds came in he installed all of them in less than 2hr. I would recommend Galaxy Windows for all your projects. He takes the time to listen and delivers on what he promises.

I was wanting to purchase a window covering for our sliding patio door. Also was hoping to be able to match already existing window coverings. I did my homework and found a manufacturer that would make the product I was hoping for. They referred me to Galaxy Window Coverings.
