Irina did a wonderful job on design and installation of my motorized Hunter Douglas Shades. But what really impressed me was her service 10 years AFTER I have had them. I assumed the problems with the shades were from normal wear and tear. After all, who honors a warranty after 10 years? But I called Irina for guidance and she enthusiastically investigated the problems, ordered a replacement shade, and other new equipment, and had it all installed- promptly- at no cost! wow! These days that is a testament to a true professional who takes pride in her work. Irina is awesome!

Irina was amazing! She was very patient in helping to find just the right fabric and look for my draperies. She spent a lot of time to make sure the hardware, pleats, folds, and look would all be perfect, and they are. She pays attention to every detail to be sure things are right. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her, and would give her my highest recommendation. I'll definitely be consulting her again when it's time to do more windows.

Goosby Design helped me with every aspect of my 20+ window coverings after we remodeled our rental property. Irina gave me advice on material, size and design. Irina and her installer were ultimate professionals. Irina was patient and knowledgeable in recommending window treatments for my home. She came to my home with an exhaustive amount of samples and I did not feel pressured or rushed into a decision. She quickly provided me with an estimate and the install was seemless. There was damage to one of the shades and she quickly reordered another and replaced it, I would highly recommend her services and have done so already on my neighborhood community site.

Irina was great to work with, she took her time and really listened to me! I have worked with Irina on two properties now and will continue to use her on my next project! The custom drapes turned out beautiful and all the shades fit like a glove!

She helped me correct two different window drape treatments that were poorly made and hemmed incorrectly. She has excellent people who came and removed them and redid them and rehung the drapes. Excellent communication, attention to detail and outstanding turnaround and service. I sent her to a dear friend who is very particular and she's very happy with her custom blinds as well. Highly recommend.
