Gotcha Covered of Grand Rapids

I normally don't do reviews but had to in this case. We had 3 blinds installed one in kitchen one in den and one for slider.. installer did a great a job and was very professional. The reason for review is after installing slider blind we had new carpet put in living room and then blind was hitting carpet. called Judy and she had installer raise blind so it wasn't touching floor and said there would not be a charge. not sure another company would have done this.i would defiantly use Gothca Covered again and highly recommend. We were kept well informed once our order was placed and both installers who worked at our home were pleasant, professional, and took their time to make certain each window treatment was perfectly installed and functioning properly. I have three windows and a slider out to my deck in my new "tiny house". Gotcha Covered did all the window treatment. Their expert suggestions were wonderful! I couldn't be happier. A lovely addition to my new place.

We had a full house window order with Gotcha Covered. Judy, Tom and Mark were all very knowledgeable and courteous. They kept me informed as to when everything was coming in after the order, and then tried their best to install, especially the important windows we wanted covered, asap. They listened to concerns and made sure we were pleased with everything. I also worked with Judy in selecting fabrics for some bench cushions. I am to get those in a couple weeks. I am excited to see how they will look and fit. Quality work and a pleasure to work with!

We enjoyed working with Judy and Gotcha Covered. She had lots of fabrics choices to select from, and we really liked her showing what the draperies would look like on her computer. She then provided a through and accurate quote that we accepted. The installation went very well, and the result is draperies that we love. They make the rooms complete and are a source of pride! we ordered blinds from Judy for our great room and dinning room. She suggested the solar blinds and helped me with the colors and the valance. I plan on using them again for the office and our farmhouse in Calhoun. We are very happy with the service and pricing.

Fantastic is not enough to describe how Judy and Gotcha Covered helped us with our window coverings. Building a new home is stressful enough with choices and decisions, window coverings were one of the last items we had to deal with. This was something we were not looking forward to but Judy made it very pleasurable, easy, and fun! Out of hundreds of options in type, color, textures and fabrics she narrowed it down to just a few for us. Her expertise after looking at our wall and floor colors, understanding how we lived, how we would use the spaces, and whether light filtering or light blocking was needed simply blew us away. So much to consider and she even went as far as considering what they would look like from the outside! The installation was a breeze; extremely professional and clean. Each widow covering was meticulously installed and highly professional. For some reason they were not entirely pleased with the way one valance looked so they came back and made it even better. Something we didn't even notice. We highly recommend Gotcha Covered and their products but only if you want quality widow coverings, exceptional customer service/satisfaction, and ones that are truly installed professionally. Thank you Judy for making a daunting task to us the best part of building a new house!

They did a great job installing cellular shades and decorative curtains to our bay window in the living room. Judy was very helpful in helping us pick out the fabric and the right color of shade to match the decor of the room. The only problem was that the valance semed a bit crooked that went across the top of the widows and the length was too short. I could see the blinds when they were pulled up. She was happy to make the necessary changes and will have them fixed within the month. Would highly recommend!

I am very happy with my new window treatments from Gotcha Covered. Judy and Tom Cisler were fantastic. They helped me pick out the Allure Roller Shades for my big triple windows. They look great. I also got white wooden blinds for my bay window. They look great. Tom and Judy worked hard to make sure I received exactly what I wanted. Tom also did an excellent job with the installation. I would highly recommend Gotcha Covered and Tom and Judy Cisler.

Judy was delightful to work with and had great ideas and suggestions. We chose cellular shades with side drapes for our living room and cellular shades in the master bedroom....we are very pleased with everything. The installation was timely, neat and clean!! We will definitely call Gotcha Covered when we need any window treatments in the future!

They were very friendly and polite. They provided an estimate and services very promptly, were very clean and organized with their install. The only complaint I had is that they did not describe the products terribly well. For example, they mentioned certain blinds and how they did not have holes in them, leading to better room darkening. This was also mentioned in the cost estimate sheet. However, I also mentioned that I would like cordless blinds, and they did not tell me that the cordless blinds meant they would have to have the holes, and I did not realize this until the blinds were ordered and installed. It may have been my fault for not doing my research properly, or asking for better clarification, but it would have been nice to know exactly what I was receiving. Otherwise, I was overall fairly happy with their services. I would definitely consider hiring them again.

I purchased a new home in August and planned to move in quickly. Judy at Gotcha Covered was quick to provide not only an estimate but also recommended what would look good and be a quality product at an affordable price. Installation was completed BEFORE the promised date and the installlation was quick and very well done. I have purchased window coverings before - but not from Judy. I will ALWAYS call upon Judy and her company whenever the need arises again. I HIGHLY recommend Gotcha Covered to all who read this!
