The Gotcha Covered team were the last piece of our kitchen/family room renovation project but, by far, the most highly recommended component. From selection, to install, each of their team members showed the highest respect, patience, and professionalism. The owner even called during the evening after the install to be sure that all was well and that we were pleased! This company was chosen for us by Costco to provide us with design ideas and finished custom draperies for several rooms in our new home. We found the company's representatives to be punctual for appointments, very professional in the performance of their jobs and extremely helpful in design concepts for different rooms. Of particular note was the professional design inspiration and ideas presented by Penny for each of the rooms. Further, Penny stayed involved throughout the entire project to ensure the process went smoothly and the materials were appropriately installed. I have known Bill since 2008 and worked with him on numerous projects throughout those years. He is an absolute pleasure to work with - easy going, sweet spirt and his right-hand man, Randolph is the KING of installations! They go above and beyond the call of duty from style and fabric selection all the way to installation and beyond. Randolph has taken the most difficult of installations and effortlessly made things work that even I wasn't sure was possible (and I don't take no for an answer very easily! ha). I have never had any issues working with Gotcha Covered, aside from a manufacturer defect which they quickly and efficiently had replaced - no questions asked. I HIGHLY recommend Gotcha Covered. You will definitely be taken care of and most certainly, covered! :)
