We ordered blinds in early June and were told by the consultant that it would be 2-3 weeks. It is now July 13th and they never call us but I have to call and find out the status of the blinds that were ordered. I am now told that they are in but no installer has contacted us.

I have a hard timing picking out items when there are a lot if choices. The staff was VERY helpful with not only decision making but with staying in our budget as well. Our blinds are a very good quality and beautiful to boot. They have added the special touch to our home that we were looking for. Installation was excellent and timely. Highly recommend!

Love, love, love, my new shutters and shades I just had installed that I purchased with Home Touch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do window coverings. They were very friendly and helpful right off the bat and came to my home a few times to help me narrow down fabrics and finally decide on what I wanted. I am very pleased with my shades and in working with Home Touch.

Home touch was great to work with for my window treatments. I started out not knowing what I wanted and after meeting with Susan she showed me several options. I decided on the silhouette shades and I absolutely love them! They look so pretty in my house. One of the shades came in and didn't work quite right when the installer put it up. They immediately got the problem fixed without a hassle because I was leaving town shortly after and didn't want to be without it. I really appreciate how helpful they were.
