Every member of this team as well as their product was wonderful. The professionalism and customer care were second to none. We were able to set up a quick at home appointment to have ideas shared, suggestions given, samples to see and measurements made. We were notified every step along the way as to when our product would be ready and when installation would take place. The installation went seamlessly as well. All staff who came to the house as well as those who fielded phone calls were very pleasant and easy to deal with. I felt like we made a new friend in our sales rep. We are very pleased with the new blinds and have received many compliments. Thanks for the excellent service and product.

I used Incredible Windows within the last couple of years for blinds and knew that Georgi would do a great job again with my most recent blinds purchase and installation. As before, she was knowledgeable and professional. I am very satisfied with the new blinds!

My experience with Incredible Windows was really great in every way. Not only did I get exactly what I was looking for in terms of product, but the service was top notch from start to finish. Everything was seamless and working with Georgi was a pleasure. She was easy to reach, always kept me informed about delivery and install stuff, and worked hard to make sure that I was happy along the way. This is a very hands on, personable style of doing business, and I believe that it earns life-long customers. Had a great experience with Incredible Windows! from the beginning of the process 'til the end.
