Our first woven window shades provided by the Jacoby Company were 17 years old when we decided to replace them. I contacted them and they immediately came out to inspect. The woven wood was not worn out, but the suspension strings had stretched and they were not hanging evenly. Gee, it was only 17 years. Within several weeks we had new shades...Cory helped me with color selection and Gary took down the old and installed the new. These two are the BEST. Totally dependable in all aspects. THANK YOU CORY AND GARY! Love our new shades.

Our experience with Cory and Gary was excellent from beginning to finish. We had over 30 windows in our home in Deer Valley, Utah. Cory's ideas and suggestions were well thought out, and she has a fantastic eye for color and design. We ended up using Hunter Douglas Pirouettes, solar screens and blackout solar screens, many of which were motorized. It was a difficult job because we had lots of angled windows, many sliding doors and a variety of goals. Gary's installation was precise and meticulous. It was a pleasure to work with both of them, the final outcome is beautiful and we recommend them fully!

We absolutely love the Jacoby Company...witnessed by the fact that they have done 3 homes for us. We would not consider using another company!! Their taste, workmanship and customer service is extraordinary and we highly recommend them.

I have had two wonderful experiences working with Jacoby Company for window treatments. Cory is very knowledgeable and talented, but most of all she makes things fun and easy. I love my living room and bedroom curtains and get many compliments. We also installed wood shutters that a beautiful.

It went fantastic! I would highly recommend Jacoby Co. not only for their craftsmanship and abilities, but the attention to detail and considering all varieties of various elements, such as location of the window and if sun damage could happen to flooring or protecting furniture from fading etc. They keep themselves educated with the newest and greatest, and are super personable. I honestly found Jacoby and hired them from across the country, because of the reviews from others and I'm so happy found them. We loved using the Jacoby Company to create our client's custom Drapery! As we are an Architecture and Interior Design Firm from out of state, these designers worked hand and hand with us to give our client's the quality work they would aspect! They were easily reachable, timely, and beyond helpful! Their work is beautiful, and we are so glad worked with them! Will definitely be working with them in the future!

Incredible! They were great from start to finish; with such expert care and product AND good humans! My house is transformed and as I was on a strict budget if is even all the more miraculous! Cory guided me in the best way and Gary's installation was impeccable. I'm thrilled.

We were referred to the Jacoby Company by our contractor, for window coverings for our remodel. Cory and Gary are experts. Cory was full of excitement for the project. She asked questions, she listened, and presented various options to meet our needs. With her guidance, our part was easy. And, within a short time, Gary installed the perfect shutters, drapes, and curtains!

This family-owned and operated business is very efficient. I was leaving for a two-week trip abroad but the need for new window treatments in my master bedroom had arisen quickly. The designer was able to come to my house on the day before I left, discuss my options, take the necessary measurements, and provide a price so that we could sign a contract. The treatments were ordered while I was gone and installed neatly after I returned.

EDIT - Our roller shades were installed this morning and because of them, I'm going to be in a great mood all weekend! We love Gary! He explained everything to us before he began installing, showed us how everything worked and did such a great job. He is very detail oriented and takes so much pride in what he does. He's also just a super nice guy and very easy to talk to. We would recommend Jacoby Co to everyone in LA if we could and are sad that we don't have more windows for them to help us out with. This was a several month long process for us. From calling multiple companies, dealing with rude people and insane prices, nothing ever worked out. But we are so so happy that we were patient and gave Jacoby a call based on their stellar reviews. When you see their reviews, you think "no one could possibly be 5 stars" but they are the real deal. Thank you Tricia and Gary for everything. We love our roller shades so much and it was so nice working with you guys :) -------------------------------------------- This review is a little premature since we haven't ordered from them yet but based on customer service alone they are great. We recently bought our first home and when it was time to look into roller shades, we were shocked at the sticker price of a lot of these major companies. The reviews of the bigger companies varied and I just didn't feel comfortable paying their prices. So I started to look online hoping to find a local company. We met with a few but a lot of them were rude, some even racist. And we felt very pressured to order with them, even if we didn't like the fabrics they had to offer. Then Jacoby Company popped up and had great reviews everywhere we checked online. I emailed them the measurements I had with our fabric / hardware wants and Tricia got back to me with a quote. Again, sticker shock hit me but after telling her our budget, we were able to find a number we were more comfortable with. This has been a long process of Tricia sending me swatches in the mail, the mail getting lost, Gary personally delivering samples to my work, sending out and receiving more swatches, phone calls, emails.. but throughout it all, Tricia has been so nice and helpful. Gary is coming out next week to measure and show us some samples so we can finally push our order through. We cannot wait. Thank you Tricia and Jacoby Company for being so nice, patient and helpful. Will update the review once we have installed our roller shades :)
