My husband and I just completed a new porch project. Jeanne came and measured our windows for new blinds. Due to the nature of the Scenix windows and our design, the roller blinds that I wanted wouldn't work. Jeanne was thoughtful and creative in helping come up with a solution that we think will be great. There was some complicated measuring and calculations and we appreciated all of the time she took and her thoroughness. She also was great at explaining the different options of fabric for the blinds and made sure we understood how much privacy they would give us. We highly recommend her services!

Jeanne did an amazing job on my windows. I appreciated her input and attention to detail. She gently steered me towards designs that worked beautifully and they turned out even better than expected! I live in a 140 year old home with original windows, none of which are straight. She even managed the difficulties of my oddly shaped windows. She designed shutters for my kitchen and curtains for both of my bathrooms. All are within budget and beautiful. I contacted smith noble via the website, and made a convenient appt right away with Jeanne. This is my first time ordering custom window treatments, and I only had my kitchen to consider, one small and one large window. Jeanne was very professional, she came to my home on Saturday which was very convenient for me. She walked me through a lot of options, took measurements and had tons of samples and helped me with my selections. She had a lot of good practical advice, and made sure I was clear on everything. I have opted for their installation, so I’m looking forward to that in a few weeks. I feel very confident that it will go smoothly, but I can contact Jeanne if I have any questions.
