I needed someone to help me merge modern and traditional items in my new home using fabrics and window treatments. Jennifer knows how to do this! She was timely with communication and very punctual. Jennifer is a delight!! She is super professional and amazingly helpful at helping choose window coverings and treatments. She made the whole process painless and fun. After living in our new home two years, one of the shades broke. Jennifer came out that week and did all the shipping back and forth. The new shade was reinstalled seamlessly (all under warranty) and super quick! I would highly recommend her.

I am so happy with the window coverings I purchased through JLS Designs. I was looking to soften up a wall of windows in our kitchen with some relaxed roman shades. Jennifer took care of all the measurements, did some leg-work at our local fabric store, and made some suggestions to improve the final product. My husband and I purchased a new home in Nolensville that has a beautiful accordion doors that opens to our outside living space. For months after we purchased our home, we wanted a little privacy yet didn't want to cover up the doors entirely. We called Jennifer Smith and she came out and helped us choose a beautiful roman shade that covers the windows without covering up the rustic wood surrounding the doors. The shade arrived about a week and a half after her visit. The installer was quick and concise and had the shade up within a few minutes. We are so happy with not only the quick turn-around but the quality and look of the shades.
