John's Window Fashions

My wife and I moved into a brand new house in November, 2006. No window treatments were provided so we had to order curtains, drapes, and shades by ourselves. After contacting Johns Window Fashions we new that we wanted them to do the entire job. They brought out samples of the material, photographs of various rooms and made suggestions for our particular home. The rooms that they worked on were the living room, dining room, family room with a cathedral ceiling, conservatory and study. They were honest, courteous, timely and professional. Both my wife and I highly recommend this company.

John has done the window treatments in just about every room in our house. He's pretty intuitive as to what your preferences are based on your current décor. He will make recommendations, but never pushes his choices. He is very honest about the price of the fabrics you are looking at, he doesn't hesitate to tell that you are picking an expensive product. His turn around time for finished product is pretty quick, the quality is top notch, the finished product is beautiful. I don't even consider anyone else when I want window treatments.

We hired this company for two different jobs, the first time to install custom valances over the windows in the family room and kitchen, two of the bedrooms and the hallway. The style, color and material selection were essentially unlimited. The valances are of high quality and way superior than anything you could buy off the shelf at a store or online. The material, color and pattern of the valances in our family room/kitchen are just beautiful, and several neighbors who have seen have told us how much they liked them. We later hired the company to install plantation shutters in the living room, dining room and the master bedroom. Although shutters are expensive, they look beautiful and really add to the decor.

John was available almost immediately for a consultation for plantation shutters. He quoted us a price significantly less than other supposed "discount retailers" for a higher quality product. Our shutters came in on schedule and were installed the day they arrived. We could not have been happier with their business.

John Hause has been our “window treatment guy” for years and with good reason: he has a great line of quality products, he has a good eye for what will work and look good in any room, he can choose the perfect color from the thousands of samples, and he stands by his installations. John and his assistant returned even years later to fix or adjust anything he has installed - at no cost, quickly and in good humor. We highly recommend him.

We engaged John's Window Fashions to provide window treatments for our new office space. Once contacted, John was there within a day to measure and talk to us and to show us fabric samples. He followed up promptly with a quote that was extremely reasonable and well below another quote that we received. John worked with us to find the fabrics that were of the quality we wanted, but still within budget. The window treatments were installed within the time frame that was promised to us and fit perfectly, without any issues. All in all John's Window Fashions did a great job. Clearly, John is very knowledgeable, he has a wide array of fabrics available, he payed attention to what we wanted and delivered a great product on time and within budget. John and his team are excellent to work with. They listen to what a customer is looking for and really work to help find beautiful window treatments or blinds to meet the customers needs. The prices are fair and competitive. I got multiple quotes and John was by far the best rate. Which is rare for a company with their excellent customer service! They are also very respectful of budgets and work with customers accordingly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I have been using John since the 80's for all my window treatments. They do a beautiful job and know what works great with your décor. John's follow up is excellent along with his service. I can only say the best about him.
