Julie called and emailed to confirm our appointment 2 days prior and the day of. She was on time, energetic, came right in and got to business measuring my doors and side windows. As she worked we chatted about what I envisioned and she worked from my lead. She listened, showed photo images and actual samples to see. She was spot on! Very pleasant and knowledgeable.
