Lois Shank is the owner of L & L Window Fashions. She does all of the in-home consultations and assists on installations. She has been in the window treatment business for over 30 years. She is a Hunter Douglas Certified Consultant and a Hunter Douglas Master Installer making her an expert on product knowledge, measuring, installation, and repairs. Ed Shank does installations, repairs, and battery changes. He has gone through extensive training on measuring, installing, and repairing to become a Hunter Douglas Master Installer.

This is a quality company. I have used this company a few times and will not use anyone else. Lois is great at her job with helping guide you, making helpful suggestions and never pressuring you into anything. Her instincts are right on target. Her husband Ed is a quality installer. They pay great attention to detail and are very respectful to your home. Nicole in the office is polite and very competent. Communication with this company is excellent. You will not be disappointed.

They spent 2 hours with us at our house making sure we were ordering exactly what we wanted. Instillation was fast, they answered all questions helped us set up program app on phone. Very nice and pleasant people to work with, great experience. Love the shades!!!!!!!!

Did an in-depth look for the right Window Fashion store and installation store with a High recommendation. L&L Window Fashions had both. Received a fair price for the Window Treatments we picked. The Husband and Wife team of Ed & Lois Shank (The Owners) were the installers.

Lois gave me all the information needed to make an informed decision. She was patient and compassionate!! The whole process was stress free! Products were installed the day before I moved into my home and I was amazed at the finished look. There was a minor issue but Ed came at a scheduled time and made corrections. I would absolutely recommend L&L Window Fashions! They are wonderful!!

I have an oversized set of sliding glass doors in my dining room and for many years dressed it with over the counter drapes/curtains. I was never satisfied with the end result. I finally decided to seek help and went to L&L Windows. The customer service is great. Everyone is attentive and knowledgeable. I purchased the Luminette Privacy Sheers, I am super pleased. I found them to be very pricey, however, this is the first time in 20 years that I really enjoy the view from my dining room table. I expected a great product and great service for what I paid and I got it. I also purchased a woven, wooden/straw blind for over the kitchen window which turned out great. I would recommend L & L Window Fashions. Thank you for your great service and product.

Our experience with L & L was very positive from the beginning with Nicole’s explanation of various products in the showroom, Lois coming to our home to measure windows and explain in detail our options (She spent at least 2 hours with us) and the perfect installation by Ed. After he installed he made a point to stay and explain the operation of our blinds. They gave us their expertise and made us feel very comfortable with our choices. We are so thankful for their professionalism. We highly recommend L & L Window Fashions Hunter Douglass Blinds.

Commented: How to dress window with angled ceilingsBecause of the placement of the furniture, I wouldn't do drapes. I would suggest an outside-mounted Roman shade. To elongate the window, I would go at least 6-12" above the window.
