She is a Hunter Douglas Certified Consultant and a Hunter Douglas Master Installer making her an expert on product knowledge, measuring, installation, and repairs. Ed Shank does installations, repairs, and battery changes. He has gone through extensive training on measuring, installing, and repairing to become a Hunter Douglas Master Installer.
