We are very happy with the custom curtains that Ludmila made for our home. She did a wonderful job in the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and baby's room. The quality of the fabric and the stitching is excellent, and the colors and patterns match perfectly with our light fixtures, countertops and style of our home. The kitchen curtains and the living room curtains added elegance and warmth to the space, the master bedroom curtains created a cozy and calm atmosphere. We especially appreciate the blackout curtains that she installed in the baby boy's room, as they help him sleep better during the day. Ludmilla is amazing. So professional, answers emails promptly and patiently answers questions/orders samples. She’s great with collaborating to get the best end result. I tend to choose elaborate designs as seen in interior design blogs and magazines and she rises to the occasion every time! Our drapes are absolutely beautiful! Ludmila’s attention to detail and perfection was evident in every stitch. We showed her our vision board and two days later she identified similar fabrics and hardware. After that she kept us apprised of every stage in the process and before we knew it we had our drapes. We’re already planning for our next project.

Ludmila made striped vertical pinch pleat sheer curtains for my over-sized stacked sliders. They are gorgeous and professionally made. I am over-the-top happy with the product. She has been helpful throughout the process. A1 recommend!

Ludmila is professional from start to finish, her workmanship is excellent, her prices are fair, and once you find her you will never choose anyone else to dress the windows of your home. In this day and age, to find someone who quotes you a fair price, does what they say they will do, and in the timeframe they say they will do it, all while advising you on ideas even better than what you had envisioned...well it shouldn't be so rare, but it is. For our new home, she created large drapes for 4 rooms, nearly covering the entire wall in two of the rooms, all floor to ceiling, lined in blackout fabric, and a matching shower curtain in a custom size for one bath. The drapes are all impeccably installed, neatly pressed into pleats, and smoothly gliding along the hardware she helped us to select on the same visit where we selected the fabric. During the process, she stays in touch and keeps you informed of any hiccups along the way (for example, items out of her control, such as fabric that may be delayed), and responds promptly on any questions you may have, sending pictures as needed (for example, a picture of the grommets for the shower curtain, when I inquired). She has a large selection of fabrics to choose from, coming to you in your home and helping you select based on room colors and lighting. And she and her husband measure to ensure installation of hardware has no surprises when they come to install. I know how badly it can go....we were badly burned using Ethan Allen custom drapery services before I found Ludmilla. You have found the right one, and she is worth the wait if you do have to wait just a bit.

I am an interior designer. I will only deal with ‘high quality’ vendors to complete work for my client’s projects. I found Ludmila online while working in North Carolina. I am from Pennsylvania, but do a lot of work in NC. Ludmila’s work is by far exceptional! Her workmanship is second to none, she is a wonderful, professional woman who is just a pleasure and fun to work with. I just designed/ finished a master bedroom en suite for a client in NC and Ludmila made the custom draperies as shown in the pic here which are meticulously made to accent the view of Lake Norman.
