Made in the Shade Austin

Made in the Shade was really great, from my earliest conversations with them at the Home and Garden Show, to the initial consultation, to the install, and after-the-sale support. During the initial discussion at the Home Show and during the consultation, there was never any pressure to buy. But, they answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the right shades for me. I'm very happy with the work and would definitely use them when I decide to purchase more automated shades.

As always, Matt and Kelli Houston with Made in the Shade were awesome. I am a repeat customer for them and always will be. They are not the least expensive, they are not the most expensive, but they are the best value for the money. They stand by their products and their service. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for blinds/window coverings.

All I can say is...WOW! I met with 4 different companies to have my carpet replaced but Matt and Kelli won my business from the minute Matt walked in the door. The whole process was fantastic...simple and painless!! They listened to what we were wanting and they provided us with exactly what we wanted/needed. My son was so excited with the new carpet that he said it was like walking on puffy grey cotton candy :) I would recommend Matt and Kelli a million times over! I got a quote VERY quickly and even more important, once I told them I was ready to install...it was done faster than I ever expected! Excellent service - Matt is super personable and really cares about getting the right product for each window. He was also very helpful in saving us money (over $2K what we were quoted elsewhere) by offering better alternatives and suggestions. Installation was quick and now we have beautiful window coverings including pulldown shades, wood blinds and Silhouettes.

I worked with 'Made in the Shade' for window treatments on a large window and door for my condo. I was impressed with the amount of samples and knowlege of possiblities Matt had to offer during our intial meeting. He was very professional and respectful of my final choices. He made some suggestions as to save me some money, which I appreciated. He gave me all the right tools to make my choices and I couldn't be happier with the final product. Last year my husband and I built our first home. We had no clue where to start when it came to blinds. Kelli contacted me, letting me know that her and Matt started a new company and should check them out.
