I purchase remote control outdoor screens for our terrace and from the beginning the job was not done correctly, I complained and they said to have fixed it but as time has gone by the defect remains and now it has been 3 years and the company says I will have to pay maintenance because they are saying this is the issue, but the fact is that the case they installed is too small for the screen and the amount of screen they is too much and it is not working properly, I have contacted them and all this company has done is give us the run around and they have not resolved anything for us, the person who came to inspect did nothing and left, we would not ever recommend this company to anyone. I am unsatisfied with the work and the people.
