We are thrilled with our new exterior shutters- there is no comparison for vinyl and real wood shutters and the wood ones are worth the investment. We went with black levolor with faux tilt on the bottom and even a couple hundred feet from the street you can tell they are genuine- you can see the texture and the way they hang on the side of the window. Once again very happy- highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with New England Shutter Mills. Received appointment and visit to site promptly. Site visit was very professional, direct employee reviewed house, measured windows for shutters and window boxes. Discussed various shutter and window box designs, construction, and hardware materials and options. Shutters and window boxes were manufactured and delivered to the site within 4 weeks after order placed. Installation crew was very professional, neat, and installation went perfect. Overall very happy with company, installation crew, and quality of products.

Totally Satisfied Experience for Shutter Replacements
This company is great. Moved into a historical district home and needed to replace several exterior shutters as the old ones were breaking down. Decided to replace them all but needed to maintain the look and integrity of the existing shutters. Found New England Shutter Mills with an online search and am glad I did. Customer service was extremely helpful, they came out measured the windows and shutters. I sent a sample of paint to match. They came out perfect. My neighbors commented on the much improved look. Hired several times for residential shutter repair jobs - 3 sides of our home. Most recently (this summer) they were slow and hard to reach - didn't return several calls. Missed the drop dead date for installation but luckily we were able to adapt. The quality of the work and the product has been uniformly excellent.

price was competitive with commercially available shutters that are not even close to the quality and NE shutters is a truly customized product and installation.
the paint match was perfect.
The installer was great, he took his shoes off each time he entered the house, protected the floors with large pads, cleaned up touched up, all done with no issues.
