Was my first time working with Yaniv and his team who came recommended from a neighborhood friend. He came and was super efficient with showing me choices of fabric, type of shades, etc. for my kids' large floor to ceiling window. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We discussed timing to order materials and within 2-3 weeks, my shade was up and running! Installers were very nice and quick and easy to work with - - they showed me how everything worked before they left. Many thanks for being so quick and efficient - - with our busy lives, it's much appreciated to just get things done quickly and smoothly. My kids love the blackout shades and it looks beautiful in their room and seems solid and sturdy. THANK YOU!

Yaniv Dahari explained to me clearly what were my options, advised me to install one motorized shade instead of two --which saved me money . He was knowledgeable and I decided to give him the job. I am happy I did. Sooner than expected the shade was ready for installation. They came on time. The workers were nice, efficient and fast. I am very satisfied with this company.

I live a block away from the NY store and it is very convenient for me to stop in. The staff is very attentive and helpful. They so far have done 2 window treatments for me and cushions for a banquette. I am now planning a new window treatment for my living room . I've been very satisfied with the work and look forward to this next project.

Another very happy costumer! When I called New York Window Fashion (NYWF) I had no idea about how broad the world of windows treatment could be. I (sort of) knew what I wanted but felt pretty much lost with the many alternative to choose from. I will forever be grateful for the friend who recommended me to contact NYWF saying: “they will take a good care of you”. Oh, and they deliver! First, when I called they gave me a 101 short explanation about the world of windows treatment. The different options (manual; auto; wires; batteries; blocking light; see through; fabric; colors). Second, they joined me to my apartment walk through to take measurements and making sure they can fit the best treatment of my new place. On sight, they showed me different fabrics and pictures of projects they did in the past and we discussed what could work for me. The same day, I received an email with a proposal. Next, I visited the showroom to make the final decision on fabrics, motors and remotes. Since I was about to move shortly after they promised to make an expedited order and to install something temporary in case order is not deliver fast enough (to make sure I would have enough privacy with these big windows). Order made it on time and installation happened first thing in the morning after I moved it. My new shades are beautiful! They are all NYWF promised and more. They merged perfectly with the apartment, block/show the light depends on my mood, easily and quietly get up and down… I’m so happy! The team left the apartment clean and organized like they never even there and follow up with an email to make sure I’m happy with the result and asking me to contact them with any question/request. Great product. Great costumer service. These days, this is not an easy thing to find! THANK YOU!!!

It's rare these days to find a vendor that you are so happy with. The sales and customer service departments were excellent. They kept in touch via email and phone regarding delivery and installation updates which were faster than we had anticipated. Measurement and installation were a breeze The whole process went smoothly and worry free and the price was way below what we had paid in the past. Highly recommend. You won't be sorry.

We hired NY Window Fashion Inc., and being jaded New Yorkers didn't believe a word he said. But we decided to give him a shot as Yaniv was seemingly sincere, enthusiastic, energetic, creative with great ideas, suggestions and extremely professional. Yaniv arrived as scheduled measured and 2 hrs later we had a quote, we agreed on a very fair price and paid a deposit. I requested a firm installation date, which was received and confirmed in a timely manner. Day of Install came, three people arrived, did the job in 3 hrs, cleaned up the small amount of dust and garbage, showed me how to use and, left. I had 2 questions and Yaniv was back 2 times within hours. The job is FANTASTIC I must say that I have never had such a pleasurable, professional, ethical experience in my life in NY when it come to construction, design or renovations. We are totally and thoroughly satisfied, we cannot say enough positive things regarding NY Window Fashion Inc. We highly recommend them and will use them again and again

The job was for shades in the bedroom and living room of my newly renovated NYC apartment - I scheduled the appointment with just a vague idea of what I wanted - definitely blackout in the bedroom, light hue in the living room (but providing some protection from the sun) and easy to clean. The sales process was smooth and professional - after asking a number of questions to discern my taste/needs/budget, Yaniv quickly narrowed down options and within an hour, my choices were made. The shades were delivered faster than expected, installation was professional and quick - and I am extremely happy with the final look. Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been professional and responsive - i recommend them highly and would use them again.

The estimate was fair given my knowledge and the installation and delivery was prompt and satisfactory. I am not sure if they are the best deal in the business but we used them before and didn't feel like shopping around.

Window fashion saved the day! Approximately one year ago I contracted window fashion to install new wooden blinds and was extremely satisfied. One year later… I had an emergency. On another floor in my home my old window blind broke and I was expecting guests the same day. As window fashion is located around the corner from my home, they appeared within 2 hours with a temporary paper blind. This solved my immediate crisis. After my guest left, I ordered new blinds and as in the past was installed within 2 weeks. Another wonderful job. I would highly recommend this company.

For several years, I worked as a subcontractor with Yaniv, Gil, and the staff at NY Window Fashion Inc [2011-2013]. I was primarily involved in patching the walls for Motorized Shade Installations, for project that required new electric to be run for the shades. However, I helped perform many installations and other miscellaneous projects for them also. They are very professional, knowledgeable about their product, and provide great customer service. Their installers are experts at their craft and they keep the work area clean. When unique situations arise, they excel at problem solving. I remember one project that we did, that involved motorized shades for glass ceiling of the sun room. In order to hide the motor, and to provide better shade, we installed large crown molding around the room. I highly recommend the New York Window Fashion, Inc.

We were working on a total renovation of a new space for Hammer Galleries and needed window treatments as well; I knew bringing in New York Window Fashion would be an asset due to their service & demeanor in past projects. On this particular project, they delivered on time and even repositioned our new solar shades upon request expeditiously.

They were first class in every way; timely efficient, helpful Most of all they were understanding like no other company we have dealt with as we renovated our apartment in Manhattan. Most notably, when we found that something we had selected from their many catalogues was installed and then not to our liking, they were willing to allow us to replace the shades at no cost. Our new shades, which are to our liking were purchased, therefore, in part with a credit provided by the company. If you gave six stars instead of five, I would give them six.

Downtown NYC Highly recommended! I just moved into a 2 bedroom apartment in Tribeca and needed window treatments that reflected my style and didn't cost a fortune. A friend of mine recommended NY Window Fashion and the experience from start to finish was professional and efficient. Gil Breef, one of the designers came to my home (a time that worked with my crazy schedule) and listened to what my needs were and recommended what would work for me and my family (because I had no clue). He was knowledgeable about product and patient with me and my many questions. 2 weeks later I received a phone call from his office and scheduled a time for install. I've worked with NYWF several times and have been happy with their service every time. The initial consultation - a house call - was free. They came equipped with lots of different samples and recommendations. A few measurements and we were soon set up with beautiful window shades for our floor-to-ceiling windows. A couple years later, they came and shortened our chains - free of charge - when we were expecting a baby. Then they came again after we got some construction done in our apartment. Phone calls are always answered and returned. Service is pleasant and professional. We plan to use them again when we redecorate our home.

Very professional. Provided a clear and detailed proposal to install auto shades for all windows in our four-bedroom apartment, with enough description we knew exactly what we were getting before ordering. When things didn't go quite as planned, and not all shade boxes fit the openings, they worked with the contractor to give us the look we wanted. Put in a lot of extra time, including coming back to make sure shades were adjusted to our liking, all for no additional charge. Very positive attitude and cooperative on the job with other trades.
