She came very prepared with many samples and suggestions. Her quote came shortly after and I was presently surprised by the pricing. Once I ordered it didn't take long for the blinds to come in and set up delivery. Her installer was equally as friendly and did a great job cleaning up as he went along. Even now after delivery, any questions or concerns that I have had have been addressed quickly and efficiently. We looked at a few blinds comanies after we purchased our house but Normandeau was extremely prompted and had the best timeline for installation. We ordered a combination of window coverings by Hunter Douglas: Nantucket, honeycomb, and the faux wood blinds. Kelly, our home consultant, was great to work with. She was able to make recommendations based on our home and the answers to a few simple questions. She picked out a few colour and texture options that went well with the decor which made choosing from the large selection much less daunting. She made up several quotes so we could best decide what was the best balance of budget and style. Ordering was also every easy once we decided exactly what it was we wanted. The blinds arrived on time. Installation went very smoothly and the installer was very professional and efficient. He showed us exactly how to with them and gave us advice on use and care. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
