Ogden Blinds is a family owned and operated window treatment company offering the finest Hunter Douglas Window Fashions in Chicago and the suburbs since 1995. How can we do this? Since Ogden Blinds has no store overhead expense, we can pass the savings directly to our customers. The owner with 20 years of design, install and product knowledge will bring all the samples that are normally seen in stores directly to your home to insure a match to your home's decor. I do not have to call a contractor to measure or install. I use only myself, a Hunter Douglas Master Installer, and my employees with at least 15 years of experience for any Ogden Blind project. Our service includes expert product advice, professional installation, blind repairs and ultrasonic cleaning. If you want expert service from day 1 to year 20, Ogden Blinds is the right company for your window treatments. We also have the fastest delivery and installation times for most products, within 2 1/2-3 1/2 weeks. Installation is free of charge during normal business hours.

I had a large Hunter Douglas honeycomb blind that needed repair and restringing. After searching the internet for qualified service & repair around the western suburbs, I found Ogden blinds. How fortunate! I left a message at their number and received a call back from Kurt within a very short time. I had my broken blind restrung perfectly, quickly and at a fair price. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kurt. His work is excellent, his customer service is superb. I will absolutely use Ogden Blinds for my new blinds and service needs in the future. Excellent service from start to finish! Kurt was extremely responsive and always responded to my emails promptly and with the information I needed. I dropped off four blinds to be shortened and had them back the same day. The prices are reasonable and if needed, they will even come on site. How awesome is that?! I couldn't be happier and will be bringing my remaining blinds there to be shortened in the very near future.

We called Ogden Blinds and not only did Kurt answer himself, but he set up a time right away to come over and give us an estimate and some samples of different blinds and colors to choose from. He was very professional and was able to give us the pros and cons of each blind according to the specifics we were looking for in our living room. We are so happy we went with Ogden Blinds, the sheers with the darkening shade are beautiful and just what we were looking for. One of the blinds was broken after installation, and Kurt came right over after I called, took the blind and had it fixed for us and reinstalled. We love them so much, we called Kurt back to do some blinds in another room in our house. We will definitely be calling Ogden Blinds again as we switch out and put new blinds through out our home.

I rarely write reviews, but I absolutely wanted to make sure people know that Ogden Blinds is the BEST out there. In two houses and multiple rooms, I have bought from Ogden Blinds. Most recently, purchased plantation blinds throughout the first floor. Kurt worked with me on a fantastic price and did an awesome job on installation. There was a small manufacturer defect - 99 out of 100 businesses would have ignored it... NOT Ogden Blinds! Made multiple trips to inspect, fix, and make perfect. 1) good pricing -- it's fair for the great product the carry. 2) very communicative -- you know where things are from purchase to install 3) SERVICE - Ogden stands behind what he sells! So very important, he cares about his customers. You will not be disappointed.

I contacted Ogden Blinds, spoke with Kurt, to find out of if they repair blinds. In my case my blind needed to be re-strung. They suggested that I drop it off; I did, and the next morning received a call that it was ready. The unit was fixed and is back in working condition. Excellent service and much appreciated! Can't say enough good things about Ogden Blinds. Kurt Ogden was professional, helpful and very quick to respond and answer any questions/concerns. We were able to drop off our broken shade at our convenience and Ogden Blinds took care of the rest. We have used Kurt Ogden three times. Kurt was a professional each time. He came to the house as part of the process of providing an estimate. He brought all of the samples and he made the process of selecting window coverings very easy. He listened more than he talked, and gave realistic timeframes about when the new coverings would be in. The professionalism didn’t stop with Kurt; his installer also made the final steps of the process very easy. Everyone scheduled their appointment and everyone showed up on time. We ordered a total of 7 blinds, two different kinds of blinds, and 5 shades. All look good, function properly and have had zero problems. If you are looking for good work at a fair price, call Ogden Blinds.
