I can highly recommend Perfect Fit shutters! The customer service we have had was amazing. Our shutters are probably sixteen years old and still as beautiful as they were when they were installed. One of our casings seemed to be coming away from the wall and I sent an email as to how to address this. Four days later a wonderful gentleman named Renee came out and fixed it and reinforced every other plantation shutter we have in the house as well as staples coming away from our most frequently used tilt bars. They were extremely professional, timely and they stand by their product. The quality is unmatched! Don’t hesitate to use Perfect Fit. You will not be disappointed.

Moved into my forever home and finally had the opportunity to purchase plantation shutters (something I had always loved and wanted). I wanted to find a local company, made in the USA product and found Perfect Fit. The reviews were outstanding and during my initial conversation with Karen I knew I had chosen the right company. I was a little nervous about the 4.5 size I had selected but sent pics to Karen of my windows and she and the others helped reassure me (but not pressure me) that they would go with the look I was seeking. Very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and beautiful shutters. The shutters look like they were always a part of my windows/home. Couldn’t be happier or more impressed. My plantation shutters are perfect ;o) Based on how highly reviewed this company is on many sites, I settled on Perfect Fit for my home. I have a townhouse and wanted to install plantation shutters on all 11 windows and the back door window. I don't think this company does many townhouses and Marie didn't seem to be comfortable with this project at all, which made me unsure if this was the right company for me. She didn't seem comfortable providing guidance on louver size, which openings to use, double hung vs single. She didn't have photos of anything that she did suggest I use in my home. I ended up having to take a lot of time to research all of my questions on other shutter company sites to get the answers to my questions and to feel confident with my choices. And, even though she measured everything, she ended up having John come out and re-measure again. I had to double and triple check the order to make sure it was exactly what I requested. I caught a few errors and made some changes based on my independent research. The crew that came in to install was great. My shutters arrived as ordered. The crew was on time, fast and efficient and were done by early afternoon. I highly recommend this company, but I would recommend you go to their show room if you are new to plantation shutters and are not sure what you should get for your home.

Moved into new home and first time getting plantation shutters. First of all, I loved the price that they offered. Second service provided is outstanding. Next time if I have to get shutters, I will go with Perfect Fit Custom Shutters. They came to our house and install all the shutters and cleaned after finishing all the work. We hired Perfect Fit to fabricate and install plantation shutters in our dining room and home office. When we visited the showroom in Gaithersburg Riah provided excellent advice on which configuration of shutters would work best in our unusual situation, and provided a cost estimate based on my rough measurements. A few days later John came out to take exact measurements, and later advised the cost would be less than originally estimated. The shutters were installed less than 3 weeks after the order was finalized. Installers arrived on time, were clean in their work and pleasant to deal with. They left us with a small jar of touch-up paint should we need it. The quality of the shutters and installation is first rate and Perfect Fit's price was better than estimates we had from Next Day Blinds and from a Hunter Douglas dealer. We also love the fact that they are a local, family-owned and -operated company. We are probably going to have them come back in a few months and put plantation shutters on the rest of our windows. Highly recommend.

Service was excellent from the at-home consultation to the follow-up measurements to the installation.
