Just 1-1/2 years ago I was introduced to Rosemarie Garner as a resource for my Interior Design practice. Rosemarie is a talented artisan. I hired her to create a large (and structurally complicated) window treatment. She is responsive, timely, and has a great "eye" for color and texture. I really enjoyed working with her, and love the end result!
