I just received my custom drapes from Regal Drapes. The fabric, the lining, and the workmanship was outstanding. The original fabric had a stain on it, so the company informed me promptly. It was well worth the wait. They are gorgeous, quality custom drapes. The company is very customer friendly, and I will be ordering from them in the future.

I received my new Sheers within two weeks of purchase and they were fantastic- I could not have been anymore pleased! The sheers were a perfect match with all my other windows. The selections are widely varied, the ability to follow the step by step process of measuring and seeing a diagram of the draperies coordinating with the color of our walls was a tremendous help. I especially liked the ability to request samples of our choices before we ordered and did add reassurance of the quality and color we were looking for. The added benefit of having a designer confirm our choices and measurements and any additional recommendations provided us with ideas we never would have thought. My drapes are absolutely beautiful, perfect in every way and truly “make” our living room and dining room! My husband and I could not be more pleased with the quality and beauty of both the drapes and the rods. I so much appreciate Jessica’s expertise in designing them! Her assistance was invaluable! I enthusiastically recommend her and Regal Drapes to anyone wanting window treatments!

This company is amazing. The product is of the highest quality, and help is just one phone call or email away. Jessica was wonderful. She was so helpful and picking out the pattern and product that I needed. We've tried home Depot for the same price, the quality was awful. We explored a local custom drapery shop, not only would they not get back to us in a timely manner, but their price was outrageous. Designer, Marie Heal was extremely helpful. I must admit, I was concerned about ordering drapes online. Marie made me feel comfortable in my decision. I requested swatches to be mailed which really helped me see not only the color, but the quality of the material. I received the draperies timely & I am extremely pleased with the color, quality & the sizing to perfection.

Amazing! Regal Drapes does beautiful work and their customer service cannot be beat. They truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I wasn't exactly sure what would be best for my funeral home, but I described what we wanted to achieve and they came up with awesome solutions. Business ethics and a quality product...how rare is that getting to be? Elaine at Regal was awesome. We ordered one Roman Shade and were treated like we were ordering a houseful of window treatments. The shade itself is first rate quality in design and construction at a very reasonable price. We priced two other local companies and the function and design of their shades were poor and the prices were double the price of Regal. Delivery would have taken months. Regal delivered in 8 business days. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I still can't figure out how you can ship these and from the moment we hung them they appeared flawless and wrinkle-free. Truly amazing.
