Morgan was a true professional. I hired him to install blinds throughout my son's home that is an old craftsman home. Even though we weren't buying really high end blinds, the quality was very good and Morgan got them to fit perfectly. There was one blind that had a small flaw and Morgan immediately replaced it. I might add he saw the flaw and took upon himself to order a new one. Morgan was very responsive to emails and calls when I had a question. He worked around our time frame because we had major renovation going on at the time. I contacted several blind vendors in the area and he is the only one that gave me a fair, timely estimate; the others didn't ever give an estimate.
