Hired Suzy to make drapes for our new home. She was very creative and flexible and worked with us in person and also virtually when we traveled. End results were stunning. She has an excellent eye and attention to detail. We plan to use her again.

Suzy was conscientious about sourcing the fabric I chose from a wholesale distributor rather than the retail outlet I planned to use, which saved a few thousand right off the bat. I was thrilled with the attention to detail and the quality of her work and the installer that she recommended. It wasn't inexpensive, but there was a lot of value and the service was top notch.

Suzy was wonderful. My wife, Margaret, found her through Houzz while looking through examples of roman shades. We had just completed a six month renovation of the 2nd and 3rd floor of our home and also completed new wall painting in the living room and dining room. We want drapes for the living room, drapes and roman shades for the master bedroom, roman shades for the dining room and a study and finally blinds for a hall bathroom. Suzy arrrived on time for the first appointment and we discussed thoroughly what we were looking for and she then asked us about colors and what we were thinking of in terms of patterns. About 10 days later we had a follow-up appointment at the house to go over ideas and selections Suzy had made for each room. It was great. Suzy is a good listener, because what she brought us was exactly what we wanted. She made some suggestions for accessorizing the dining room shades and we discussed hardware selections. We also ordered a cushion for a window seat. Over the next two months, installation was completed and we are very happy with the results.

It was a pleasure working with Suzy. I am experienced with Interior Design, but needed someone who could make decisions quickly and had impeccable fabrication and installation. Nothing I asked was too much for Suzy, even for the amount of fabric I asked her to bring. Suzy is a great listener and gives you what you want. Her knowledge and ability to complete the job to perfection was evident every step of the way. My job consisted of three different drapery designs, choosing and installing 6 large solar shades, a bathroom shutter, and reupholstering. Everything was performed perfectly, in a timely manner, and within my budget. I would highly recommend Sew Bella Home.

Suzy designed and made curtains for my family room and roman shades for my bathroom. She listened to what I wanted and guided me to fabrics and trims that were exactly what I was looking for. She has an excellent sense of style, is very knowledgeable about all kinds of window treatments, and her work is flawless. I LOVE the finished product--beautiful to look at and beautifully made. The curtains and shades transform the rooms. I will definitely use her again!

This was my first time having custom valances made, and Suzy's professionalism made it a wonderful experience. She makes valuable suggestions, offers and shows alternative designs, and has a great eye for color and design. The valances are beautifully made and I'm thrilled every time I look at them! Suzy is the kind of professional you hope to meet and when you do, recommend her to all your friends and family. Suzy has made four gorgeous floor-length drapery panels for my living room and faux roman shades for my kitchen. Before Suzy began making my living room drapery panels, Suzy met with me and asked me many questions on how I wanted the curtains to look. She asked detailed questions so she would know how exactly I’d like the draperies pleated as the outcome would have an impact on how the pattern appeared on the draperies. By pleating the pattern with her hands, she showed me the different methods and how pleating the panels to the pattern would look, which I ultimately decided to do. The drapery panels are gorgeous and often are one of the first things a visitor comments on when they enter my home. Suzy is friendly, genuine and a pleasure with whom to work. Admittedly, I can be indecisive when it comes to anything having to do with interior decorating and design but Suzy was always patient and cheerful. In addition to the beautiful drapery panels and roman shades Suzy made, I have ordered a dozen cordless shades for my sun room through Suzy. She helped me choose the right tone of woven woods, measured all my windows and had them installed once they were ready. I’ve had the shades for more than a year and I am very happy with how they look as well as how easily they can be raised and lowered. Suzy cares immensely about the quality of her work and ensuring her customers are very happy, and delivered all the window treatments on time and on budget. My only regret is that I didn’t meet Suzy earlier as the curtains I had made by previously don’t compare to the draperies Suzy created.

Very positive experience with Suzy coming to my home, assessing the options to recover a seat cushion using fabric from an existing drape. The job was professional, on time and she is a pleasure to work with. I would use her services again and recommend her to friends.

Sew Bella did cushions for a window nook for us. Very easy to work with and cushions came out beautifully. Most of this had to be long-distance, and she asked good questions (and sent great graphics) to make sure she got the pattern orientation the way I wanted it. Alerted me, when we first met, about a chunk of time she would not be available. Very timely, high quality product, friendly and professional to work with. I highly recommend Sew Bella.
