Margot is an absolute pro! Her attention to detail is what every client dreams of, but so rarely encounters with contractors. The installation was completed without any problems at all--and that was during a pandemic! I absolutely love the fully automated shades she installed throughout the main house and guest cottage. I've received SO MANY compliments from family and friends. She also very patiently instructed me on how to use the associated phone app and wall mount controllers. Honestly, if I could give Margot/Shades of Nantucket more than the 5 stars, I would.

Margo was a delight to work with and has done several window treatments for me. I had several bamboo shades, fabric Roman shades, and drapes. Not only did she do our Nantucket home but did our apartment in Boston as well. I would highly recommend her for the ease and knowledge she brings to any project. Stacie

We recently worked with Shades of Nantucket/Margot Montgomery to get window treatments for our Nantucket house. The project involved treatments for 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a den and two stairway windows. Margot was a joy to work with - we had a combo of wooden shutters, bamboo shades and fabric Roman shades (ie a variety of materials). She brought everything to the house, and did a great job of understanding what we wanted/needed and explaining all the pros/cons. Her pricing was very reasonable, she was very efficient in getting everything ordered and installed, and kept us well informed throughout the project. I would recommend her whole heartedly and will use her again on future projects.
