A coworker highly recommended Barbara at Shades on Wheels when I expressed interest in installing Plantation shutters in my living room. The project was handled professionally from start to finish. The shutters shipped in the time frame given and scheduling the install was planned around my schedule. Barbara’s expertise clearly evident when the shutters were installed - measurements were spot on, and the shade of white she chose blended seamlessly with the painted white woodwork. Tyler, the installer, equally impressive - arrived at scheduled time, efficiently hung the shutters in timely manner and explained various features of them. When I’m ready for future window treatments, I’ll be sure to contact Barbara/Shades on Wheels again.

I have had yet another wonderful experience with Shades On Wheels. They installed shutters into my last home several years ago and once again more recently and both times they were an absolute pleasure. Barbara came and did all of the measuring and worked with me within my budget to find the best option. purchased shades for slider

I have used Shades of Wheels a few times and the service has been great even during Covid! I moved to a new home in August and needed shades for a slider. SOW was able to come out and measure and my order was placed. In 4 weeks or so I had my new blinds! Looks great!

Installation and service of shades

Based on referrals I received, and after meeting with other shade companies, I used Shades on Wheels to install the shades in my new apartment. Barbara was extremely professional and thorough. I ended up ordering automatic (battery operated) shades for all three rooms and couldn't be more satisfied. Last month, 2 years after the initial installation, I had a problem with the operation of the shades. (The problem was of my own making). I called Barbara and within 3 business days she came to my apartment and resolved my issue. WHAT SERVICE! As far as I'm concerned, Shades on Wheels and Barbara epitomize the gold standard for sales and service and I strongly recommend them.
