Working with this company was the best experience ever from start to finish! The sales person, the estimator, and the installer were always happy to answer all of my many questions. The quality, value, and the beauty of these shutters are superb. The installer did an amazing job and was very quick. He cleaned up everything and even took away some of the existing coverings. I am so very happy with Shutter & Shade Shoppe. If you are looking for any type of window coverings I encourage you to go to this Shoppe! Easiest home improvement job ever and great prices. All other quotes were much, much higher. Everything I asked for was answered with, “that will cost more”, by the other large home improvement stores. At S&SS I got everything I wanted at no additional cost.

We are over all very pleased with Shutter & Shade. Trissie was very wonderful to work with in arranging our recent shutter replacement, and John preformed an excellent installation. I deducted 1 star due to the 5-6 week delay in them receiving the shutter from the factory.

I experienced exceptional customer service at Shutter & Shade Shoppe from beginning to end. They walked me through all the options for my windows and were incredibly patient with my indecisiveness. I thought I would have trouble because my windows are shallow and I was unable to do a lot of the standard frames. However, they were very quickly able to help me come to a solution by adding a buildout to my frames! When I talked with other companies who quoted me in the past, they didn't offer this option to me. I really appreciate Shutter Shade Shoppe for spending extra time with me on my order to ensure that everything fit perfectly. The outcome was amazing. They definitely carry high-end products and my shutters came out better than I had ever imagined!

Great company and excellent customer service ! We ordered faux wooden blinds for our house and they came out to measure and install in a timely manner. The blinds even included a very cute wooden valance in every window that tied it all together. Extremely happy with the experience and the quality of the blinds. Would definitely recommend the company !

This is without a doubt the easiest, most reliable and professional company I've worked with in a long while. After checking with local businesses and franchise chains for custom interior shutters, I was quite disappointed in what was being offered. By chance, I found Shutter & Shade in Lake Forest. THANK HEAVENS! Not only were they full of ideas I hadn't even considered, their prices and timelines were well within my expectations. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new window coverings. So much so that we ended up doing another 2 rooms.

Very impressed with the ease of having new shades installed. I decided to replace my old kitchen blinds that were hard to clean with new shear window shades. After setting the initial appointment for measurements, the technician arrived on-time and did not take long to measure the windows and to confirm the selection I picked. I was told it would take a couple weeks to have the new shades in and installed and to my surprise; 2 weeks later I received confirmation that they were in and we picked a date & time for installation. The installer came an extra few minutes earlier, and installed everything smoothly and cleanly. He made it all seem easy; and then explained how the blinds worked. I appreciated that. I like the simplicity of it all; and will do business with this company again! Very cordial, friendly and nice. I also like all the designs they offer. Although I kept this project simple; it's good to know they offer a wide range of designs from simple to classy and or extravagant.
