Shutter Gal was fantastic! We upgraded almost our whole two story home from blinds to plantation shutters. Shutter Gal was professional, cost effective, and provided a high quality end product. The owner personally came out to do the quote and supervised the day of actual installation (a nice touch). The owner kept us informed on the shipping/arrival of our shutters. The installation went really well. Overall, we are incredibly pleased with the end product and the whole experience. I highly recommend Shutter Gal and will absolutely use the company again if we have a need.

Not only do her shutters have great quality they are affordable and come with her VIP service. She is with you every step throughout the process including; coming to your home with samples, helping you choose the best ones for you, she came during measurements and installation. She is very professional, knowledgeable with years of experience in this field and such a pleasure to work with!! Jan was very personable and helpful as we worked through the shutter design that would meet the needs for windows in our new house. Two of the windows proved challenging because of shape and location, but she and her crew spent time to help us figure it out. We are pleased with the quality and service.
