I ordered two faux Roman shades and I’m absolutely in love with them. They are so well made and with beautiful fabric! I couldn’t be more pleased with Spiffy Spools! Their quality and attention to detail is first class. As my needs arise I will certainly be ordering from them again!

I initially purchased Roman Shades from Spiffy Spools about 2 years ago, and have since purchased multiple coordinating custom pillow covers. The shades are beautiful, have held up perfectly, and were extremely affordable. Spiffy Spools has so many fabrics to choose from and samples ship quickly.

I highly recommend them!! We got all of our window treatments from them, their selection of thousands of fabrics highly exceeds the other companies I've seen, so I was actually excited about a lot of them (I'm super picky). I ordered dozens of samples, that they only charged a small shipping cost for. The number of choices for pleats and roman shade styles were more than satisfying, too. The quality of workmanship is impeccable and these fabrics, again, are gorgeous. The hardest thing was the measuring and calculating, especially for the 3 pairs of Euro double pinch pleated draperies, but their website contains all the necessary steps and information, very detailed and well illustrated, plus extra articles about specific questions and designing ideas, that I also appreciated. They were responsive and answered my questions as well. It took less than 3 weeks for them to stich these huge draperies (one for sliding glass door and two for two large windows) and the package arrived in 6 days, despite the fact it came all the way from India. So that's a very effective company there, and best of all, their prices are affordable, a lot lower than some other US companies that offer this quality.

I ordered some custom runners as a decorating refresh for my home. The choices for fabrics were outstanding. The runners arrived quickly and the quality of fabric and workmanship is truly incredible. I will be ordering from Spiffy Spools again and will recommend to friends.

I found it easy to choose fabrics, get samples and place the order for panels and a faux roman shade. The instructions are clear and explanations of types of shades and drapes had very helpful photos. My client wasn't sure she and her husband would like the shade but they are very happy with it.

This was my first experience buying drapes online, and it did not disappoint! They have a large variety of fabrics and styles, and we started by ordering swatches of two fabrics we thought would work for our living room. The swatches were large enough that we could really assess the thickness, weight, and opacity of the fabric. We ended up choosing one of the two and then measured according the online guide. Our window is very large, so the drapes were sewn from multiple panels of fabric. They are so professionally rendered and hang beautifully! They arrived bundled in tissue and ribbon (so fancy!) and were very easy to hang. I cannot say enough good things about this--so easy and so much more affordable than the local options I looked into. I will be recommending them to others looking for window coverings. I did not have any issues, but I think based on the email updates and tracking, they are also really responsive communicators.

My experience was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure the curtains were the best possible. The communication was superb and they are trying to build their business. If you need custom curtains I highly recommend Spiffy Spools.

I was a little worried to order from a company I didn’t know well, but I fell in love with a fabric that I could only get through Spiffy Spools. So I ordered and crossed my fingers. The drapes and pillow covers arrived on time and they are beautiful at a fraction of the price at your local drapery specialist. I would definitely order again.

I had a poor experience placing an order for seven window treatments. My work on the website was lost as was my coupon code. I asked for them to honor the code and they said no, yet they offer them constantly. I left a low review on the website and they sent me an automated coupon code. I placed my order again and it was rejected. I emailed and asked what happened and received a response that they would not do business with me because I gave them a low star review. That’s a first. So I’m guessing many reviews here are fake and the person running Spiffy Spools is 5 years old? Glad I didn’t do business with them. They respond poorly to negative reviews, they are slow to respond, no phone number, etc. Just a small business that isn’t well run.

I've used Spiffy Spools for a few years. I had them make, custom drapery, sheers, and roman shades. Everything always came out beautifully and most importantly, they all fit as measured and looked stunning. They have a sample program too. For me, that was very important. If I still couldn't decide, which fabric/color I liked best, I was able to buy a yard. The selection of fabrics and quality is amazing. I can honestly say I love everything Spiffy Spools made for me. Delivery of both samples and final product was very quick and their packaging is so beautiful. If you're looking for high quality window treatments, at a fair price, Spiffy Spools is the place to go. One more thing...I am not affiliated with Spiffy Spools whatsoever...just a very happy customer.
