Since I take great pride in the impeccable customer service our team strives to deliver to each and every customer, I could not in good conscience let it end there. I sent you a personal note and a gift as a gesture of goodwill. Also, as promised, I met with my team to determine what happened with communication re: the order of bungee cords for your product.
When I discovered that you left this same review on Houzz and other internet platforms, I tried to reach out to you again. As I stated in my initial response to your Google review, you (and all Strickland’s customers) are welcome to call me directly at any time – I even list my personal cell phone on my business cards for that reason.
