This company has been A-1 from start to finish. Nate came out and was very professional. He explained what they do, did precise measurements, and explained the cost. Nate told us that we did not need to make a decision right away, and said we could think about it. This is the kiNd of no pressure approach we were hoping for. When we decided, they were quick to get things moving, and had our product in good time. When it was time for installation, TJ came out, TJ was on time, very respectful of us and our home. TJ explained what he would do and answered all questions we had. TJ wasted little time and got the job done very professionally, and cleaned up after himself when he was finished. Jamie called prior, and arrived exactly on time. Jamie had been here for an earlier installation and remembered his previous experience. He is professional...came with a plan which he implemented throughly in his usual professional manner. I enjoyed his courteousness and the way the work was completed in a clean manner. Additional work was discussed and followed by a quote the next day. To that end, I expect to complete two more installations with Sunburst Shutters yet this year. Their product and my choice seem to be just the best for my applications. Time could bring out any flaws if existing but that is not expected based on the product they represent and the expert installation. It is a joy to see Jamie and be treated with respect.

I had hired Sunburst Shutters a few months ago to install shutters on my patio doors. Nate, had brought out several shutter samples for me to look at and explained their pricing, as well as warranty. After seeing the shutter samples, I decided to have shutters installed on several more windows. Jamie installed all the shutters. He was very knowledgeable as he described the installation process and then, how to care for the shutters. He is professional, organized and very detailed in his work. All the shutters looked fantastic, and I had him measure the remaining windows in the house for shutters, which he installed today. From start to finish this turned out to be by far the best project and installation process I have experienced. I am thrilled with my new shutters!
