We bought a house which only had blinds and thought the plantation shutters would give the bedrooms a different feel. I placed the order with Kevin and also dealt with Maranda on the phone at Sunburst. Grant came to my house this morning and was able to install the shutters in very little time. He was neat, courteous and knew the ins and outs of the shutters. Made sure I felt comfortable opening and closing them before I left. I am very pleased with this company and especially the installer, Grant and may order for other windows down the road.

Denny , Kevin and Maranda make the shutter purchase and installation a pleasure. Great company, great people, and great product if it only worked as expected. The motorized blinds signal is weak when using the app, but it works well with super sensitive remotes. After so much time spent between the company and myself to make the signal better, even with adding a second hub the signal is still weak in some areas. They tend to go offline as well. Instead of making excuses they should focus on improving it. if they improve the signal strength as well as the super slick remotes sensitive buttons, I would definitely recommend their motorized blinds. I choose three star, just because I use the app more than the remotes.

Grant and Kevin did an awesome job of installing my Sunburst solar shades (5% Cream). They were right on time, professional and courteous, took less than an hour, installed the shades perfectly and they left the lanai spotless. I love the look and quality of the shades and working with Sunburst was a pleasure.

The quality at Sunburst Shutters is great and working with Denny was terrific with from start to finish. We built a house and brought Denny into the project early. He was knowledgeable, willing to work with us off our plans, and came to the house multiple times to ensure the measurements were accurate. He kept us informed throughout the process and was able to answer any questions were had. When the shutters and barn door came in, Denny installed the door and Grant came to install the shutters. Our order was fairly large, and Grant was awesome from start to finish. We are very happy with the finished product and overall service from Denny & Grant.

We had shopped around locally as well as out of state. We decided on Sunburst Shutters because of the quality of their product and because of the service through Denny. He was professional, thorough and truly pleasant. Couldn’t be happier.

The quality of the shutters are second to none. We can feel a difference in the morning when the shutters keep the cold air from getting in. There is also a noticeable difference on a hot day in the afternoon when the shutters keep the heat from getting in. I also want to recognize the Sunburst Shutters team in Jacksonville.
