John is absolutely the best! Provided comprehensive service at my home for both a blind repair AND new blinds. With his expertise, I was able to get a repair on my very large vertical cellular shade which saved me significant sum of money. Then again with his experienced eye, we chose replacement blinds that I am soooo happy with! He installed them and they are beautiful and operate perfectly ( over a large window in a difficult place, so opted for electric remote control). His prices were also very good. I highly recommend you call John if you want someone to be direct, honest and experienced!

My experience with John of the Blind Doctors has been nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. I had an issue with the framework surrounding my blinds and John took time from his already very busy schedule to come and review, AND FIX, the problem. I am a senior citizen, live alone and have no one and having John provide attention to my problem was BEYOND what anyone else would do for me. If you have any issue with blinds, call John, you will not be disappointed in this man's work and attention to detail. May God bless him always. RoseMarie from Shaler

Set up an appointment for estimate via phone with owner of PITTSBURGH location. Owner seemed hesitant to come to our suburb as he said he was almost an hour away, and I said I’d call someone sled. But then he said he would take the job and gave me a date and time. It wasn’t convenient for me but I said I would make it work. On day of appointment, owner did not show up or return calls. Unprofessional and unreliable.

John came to our house and did a terrific job restringing several Hunter Douglas blinds. He ran into a few problems neither he nor I anticipated onsite but dealt with it in a professional manner, resolving the problem by thinking outside the box! Despite those extra issues, he did not charge more than the original estimate for the repairs. He is clearly very experienced and professional. I would definitely use his services again, for blind repair or new blinds purchase.

We have used the Blind Doctors for the last five years both for new blinds and for the cleaning services. We purchased blinds in 201O and 2013 and they look fantastic, it's amazing how much window treatments complete the appearance of a room. We continue to use the Blind Doctors through their cleaning service and we're always happy with the results. The company is easy to deal with, provided great quality, and was priced reasonably.

We needed to have repair work done on our wooden miniblinds and John was able to solve the issue for us at a minimal cost to us. He was prompt, efficient and provided great service. We would certainly use the blind doctor services again when needed.

We recently used The Blind Doctors to install high-end wood plantation shutters throughout our entire new home. Service was excellent, product is outstanding and the shutters even came in sooner than quoted. John helped with style and color, he is extremely knowledgable of the products he sells. Installation was quick, neat and professional. We are very happy with the finished job and would highly recommend this company!
